Chryssalid bite

Featured Replies

Hobbes, this is rather question to you. I couldn't sent you PM, because for some reason I can't. Since you are very knowledgeable in what was changed in OpenXcom, I would like to ask if you now how they've changed the Chryssalid bite or whatever you can call it.

Sometimes they turn soldiers into zombies on their turn, but I had a situation when he did 1 bite, soldier survived I've fired snap shot because I had HL. He returned back and the soldier got wounded. I've healed the wounds, but on my next turn the soldier died due to zombification. Is it natural for OpenXcom? Could it be for example if soldier will not be zombified and I kill all the aliens he will survive?

Sorry for taking so long to reply but I've only seen your message now.

I've never seen the situation you describe so I'm not of any help there.
