Baxter
Sorry, I keep coming back with more questions. What is the maximum amount of people you can take on a single mission? I remember it being 6 in ss2, but the name bar looks like it has more room now. Also, does taking less people to missions/random encounters give more experience? I didn't notice it in ss2 due to being able to take 6 from the start, but having to used 1 or 2 guys to start in SS2 seems to have given my main guy and the first person I hired a bit of a leg up experience-wise. Is this the case? Or is there no reason not to take as many people as possible.
Okim
Experience is gained by person for killing the enemy, so the more guys your 2-man squad dispatched - the more it gets xp. You can use console to see how much exp your guys get and for what. Limit is still 6 men for squad. But there are a couple of rescue/escort missions in the game where you will get extra men. P.S.: a little advice - hire a good engineer ASAP... P.P.S.: you can 'buy' skill points when you are at base (red '+' near the skill).
