Night and Day missions Bugged.

Featured Replies

Started playing X-Com 2012 today... and it's bloody brilliant. :D

You know a game is good when it's 21:00 and all you had was banana at 12:00.

Anyways... I had only 1 complaint, and I wanted

to ask around if I was the only one bugged by this.

Being the veteran X-Com player... I shot down an UFO and waited to land at daytime cause

I needed a freebee.... But to my shock and horror... even though the skyranger landed

at broad daylight..., the mission was still a nightmission.

That's a pretty big fuckup in my eyes. Nightmissions aren't as big a deal like in the

old game, but being able to make your own missions was a key factor in the old game

and it's actually incredible that they let it go.

Anyways... going back to play now , since it's still the best game since 1994.

Fairly sure that jake said there is no difference between night and Day missions in this version of the game, so it shouldn't matter when you get there
Whether it matter sor not it's stupid to arrive in the daytime and be given a night mission, I completely agree! It's happened to me a few times and I don't get it... For me personally it's not even about it being easier/harder, I just don't want to have to knacker my eyes out playing the game at night when it's clearly daytime!
