I remember some hotkeys opening a small box in the game, similar to the console in looks, but opening in the bottom side of the screen. It had some functions, along with a function allowing for switching the territory faction owner. If anyone remember how to gain access to this one, let me know, for I need this to test out my mods of the base looks.
