I'm in a small dilemma. I have a Harvester UFO (landed) and a crashed Battleship. I have 2 skyrangers. The first Skyranger consist of experienced/battle-hardened Crew and the second one is relatively new (like 3-4 missions). I'm thinking of handling the landed Harvester first, and then the crashed Battleship with the SAME Skyranger. My question is how long do the crashed UFO remain? Long enough for me to refuel and come again? Thank you!
Thank you for the answer, NKF But I remembered I played it many years ago on the DOS version, that the accuracy could be "unlimited". Or some of the stats. As much as I remembered, I played until one of the stats rolled over.. Maybe I was wrong, but that was in my memory.
I've one of the men being stuck at 121 firing accuracy for a long time.. He has killed about 10 aliens since he had attained 121. It hasn't increased. What is the highest firing accuracy you guys have seen?
Hi all, I'm starting XCOM1 all over ago (after an almost 10 year hiatus). For base defense, can I just build 4 plasma defense or 4 fusion ? Do they count as 1 (if i have 4 of them) ? Thank you all
However, I heard that in the first mission on superhuman difficulty, it will be superhuman difficulty. The bug occurs after the first mission - it reverts to beginner. I have the UFO GOLD version. Do you happen to know what version is this?
Hi all, I recently re-installed XCOM1. That brought back some nice memories. I almost forgotten how to play the game, and decided to search on the internet and found this website. Wow! I just started a game on the beginner level, with the intention of trying harder levels if I manage to complete this. However, as I read on this forums, there's the difficulty level bug. I searched around more, but I could not find out which version my XCOM1 is. I also could not know if my version has the difficulty level bug. Is anyone able to provide some advice? Thank you. Appreciate it.
