Infinite Possibilities

From the womb of the universe much has come and much more there is to be discovered as you'll see in Endless Space. Being a 4x turn-based strategy game with real-time space combat, claims are, regardless,  that it is to be closer in lineage to Master of Orion than Sins of a Solar Empire.

Galactic domination is, of course, a very unifying ambition, with plenty of reasons for pursuit.

With hundreds of star systems to explore, different planet types, luxuries and strategic resources to exploit, the mysteries within the Dust to master and a host of strange scientific phenomena to deal with, the player will have no lack of challenges. Hire heroes to become fleet admirals or system governors and discover five hero classes and their unique ability trees and specializations.

At the moment the game is progressing towards Beta and there is word through secret channels that a pre-order package shall be available within about a month's time that will grant instant access to the current Alpha build and all upcoming versions including the final release one.

Paris-based indie developer Amplitude Studios has grand ambitions of its own as they proclaim their goal is to create nothing but the best strategy games, and, with your help. Hence their GAMES2GETHER initiative, which aims to make gamers an integral part of the development process.

Here's an example:

On a weekly basis, we propose votes on art and game design elements on the endlesspace website. The community can choose which of those elements will end up in the final game. The G2G points are here to reward the most active members, as the most active ones will see their G2G points (influence on the votes) increase.

And while you ponder how to contribute, start by increasing your knowledge by getting familiar with the backdrop, the features, and some of the factions present in the universe of this title, such as the United Empire, the Cravers or the Horatios.
