how on earth did you capture and interrogate a chief, Alchemist, Shaman and Matriarch i tried almost everything i got the squad to completely surround the chief and he just kept on shooting don't have much time to act when he keeps shooting

have got no idea what to do i kill all the enemies and coe across the red arrow beastman what do you do once you half kill him and the game says beastman captured as soon as i walk away from him i lose him how do you get him to either follow or stop shooting at me (my crew)
