  1. So, you didn't modify any of the faces? So that would mean you can give your men gas masks! Sweet!
  2. i heard someone say that godmode does work. I read it somewhere in the Nival forums.
  3. so what does this mod do? Does it just replace the player's Axis uniforms with standard soldier uniforms? So if this mod were applied, the uniform of an axis soldier identical to Mike in the demo would be replaced to look like a standard soldier?
  4. So what does this mod do? Does it just replace all of the Axis uniforms currently available in the game (like the ones in the demo) with regular troop uniforms?
  5. That's exactly what my email said. Kinda ticked me off a bit, so I emailed Craig Kelly about the differences between normal and priority shipping, and how long it would take to get to me in California, USA. See my above post for that email.
  6. here is an email I just recieved from Craig Kelly at gameplay.co.uk. This explains the 1-4 weeks for regular shipping, and the 5-12 days for priority. ------------- Hi All airmail, including priority, is sent at the same time by us. Royal Mail (the UK postal service) then decide what mail goes on what flight to the US. The priority service is put on first and will go on the first available flight. Standard airmail will just go in whatever space is left - this could be the same flight, or three flights later. The mail is also usually given priority by overseas services as it is a signature service and must be signed for. We usually find that priority service is about half the time of standard airmail, and also has some limited tracking information should the item take longer than normal. Standard airmail to West Coast USA usually takes 7-20 days. Priority signature we think should be about 5-12 days. A word of warning though - we've had a few unofficial strikes in the UK by the postal service. This may delay overseas orders in the post by a few days longer than normal I'm afraid. Sorry! All the best, Craig Gameplay ------------------------ There you have it- I'm glad I ordered priority!
  7. Hey, just to make things clearer, I'd like to know who everyone is on the Nival forums (if they post there). I am Cpt. Whiskey, as you may have geussed.
  8. Woah, woah, woah! Garic! Let's not be pissy! We just wanted to see how it worked, and if it worked. Not everyone on these forums have been following S2 as long as you or I.
  9. As your men gain experience, and your soldier's interrupt skills go up, the game will actually interrupt the enemies turn before they even go. So in this situation, the enemy will be the one to initiate the TB, but you will get the first turn. This has happened to me already a few times in the demo, and I think it is a system that works very well. Going into TB anytime you see a distant enemy would be really irritating.
  10. I would really dislike an auto-TB thingmagig. The way I play the game is very strategic, with a lot of ambushes, and an auto-TB would really jumble up my playing style. I like to see the enemy walk casually into my trap or see where they are going as they go there. If i need time to think, I just press pause. I dont think thats cheap, its just like pressing the TB button.
  11. Just an update for those reading this thread that arent "in the know." The new release date for benelux is november 28th, i believe.
  12. I believe Ramos is from Spain. It says where he is from in his profile.
  13. I can't get the teaser out of my head for the life of me. I think its the surrounded nazi on the street getting shot from 6 sides full auto that sticks in my head the best. Or maybe its the first exploding car?
  14. hola, richard. you know, i have over 30 saves for just the demo. most on the allie mission. and none of the saves are from the same mission attempt- i just have tons of different set ups that i never stop playing.
