Heavy Cruisers

Ok this is little irritating. I have almost finished particle tech tree, got phatnoms etc but the heavy cruisers don't roam the planet and I can't advance in ship tech. Any idea what kicks it in ?

 

Also I am stuck with beekeeper vs particles.

 

I am playing vanila.

I found info that larger ships show based on passed time.

But I find it unusual that you have particle tech, but no battlecruiser yet.

 

I played this game with Bman mod and had battlecruisers too soon for my liking.

Yeah I later googled and found that topic too.

 

I have played with bman mode later with uni-mod since bman stoped moding and greyfiend incorporated bman mod to his and he is still updating it. But the ammount of crashes I had were too annoying.

 

So no I have my third return to this game starting with vanila mabye if I finish vanila I will start with uni-mod.

 

I occasionaly read ufo scene forum see how greyfiend is doing. It has been more then a year and he still is at v3.xx

I tried vanilla, but it was too easy. So I played gold version which includes Bman mod and latest patch. Even that version is very crash happy.

 

In what month are you? Maybe you just need more time to pass.
