Flyethemoon Posted February 18, 2014 Report Share Posted February 18, 2014 Ive stole documents from english guy in town, and Larry talks something about water pumps, and i dont know where going nextIve read on GameFAQs Walkthough, i must goes to Forrester, but stupid forrester wont do anything even my charr carry that documents. Ichthyic Posted February 18, 2014 Report Share Posted February 18, 2014 no, you don't need to go to forrester, since larry told you where to go. as SOON as larry tells you about the water pumps, get your stuff together and head to the blue exit area in the upper part of the the city map. that will take you to the train station. walk up to the middle of the train and find the foreman, then bribe him. then you will go to the next train stop, where there are some decent items to grab, and then again... go to the blue area up top of that little map, and you will end up at the water plant.
