Detailed readme in the file. Short version: Small arms values tweaked. Anti-tank grenades and rocket launchers are effective against PK's. All rifles do damage to PK's but you're better off with a RL. Only class change is the Grenadier now hides as well as the Soldier, Medic and Engineer class. Faster Shots Perk fixed.
