Khalan
Thought I'd let you guys know that jackfuste at the Widescreen Gaming Forums has come up with a solution for UFO Aftershock, turning the default 1024x768 resolution into 1920x1080, with all HUD elements correctly positioned and the picture non-stretched. https://www.wsgf.org/forum/10051/widescreen-ufo-aftershock#comment-250233
ERISS
Excellent!Let's hope it's compatible with patch 1.3.Maybe it won't fit my 21'5 monitor, as already I must increase the system fonts DPI from 96 to 144, so the UI may have to be scaled to x1.5 for me...(Does this topic have to be moved to Mod Releases forum area?) ERISS
Not so good:_ not compatible with last patch 1.3_ it shows aliasing when in mission_ fonts too small for my 144DPI monitor_ squad window is still a small 1024x768so, I won't play it for now. Khalan
You can apply anti-aliasing via the ingame options - but if you're talking about the shimmery low res look that can be fixed by turning off the Smart Gamma Post Process option.
