Small Scout Mod

Description

Unused feature alert! This mod reintroduces the old Small Scout ship which the map programmers conveniently left in the game. I tried my best to set this ship up properly so there shouldn't be any noticeable changes in functionality. However, this ship is a little smaller which does not allow a grav lift to be included on L1, so soldiers and aliens can't get into the higher level unless they can fly.
