FYI, recent fan site created for tactics and strategy discussions: XCOM Academy.

All good, just thought I'd tee up the question and see what I got, thanks for the responses. I've seen forums get a bit cluttered with SP, MP and technical questions all flowing in and pushing threads off the first page to die, but as you said, just borrowing trouble I suppose. Wish the demo would download a bit faster, would love to take a look, but it would appear that will have to wait for tomm.

Any chance of a sub-forum for this topic once the game releases? If not, no worries, I'll just fire up threads here on it, but figured it wouldn't hurt to ask as the release date approaches...
