Hi I've just bought and installed this game, and I have a problem with adding members to squads. My initial four squad members are all "Ready" but if I try to add a new member (for instance Yoshimori) to the squad, he is listed as Not Ready, even after giving him equipment. In fact, on the Squad page, all characters except for the first four are shown in red (which I take means "not available" or something). How do I make the available for action? Thanks
