It seems to take forever between shots for my people in combat. How do I increase the speed of their shots?

I am unable to get on the Official UFO Afterlight games forum. It seems they are gone? There was a mod there for Afterlight to change the color of the enemy robots, so they were a bit darker. Anyone know? Edit - it's called Robots Color Mod by Tampa Gamer. I printed the instructions out last time I used it. Have not been able to find the mod, though. Any help appreciated.

Let's say I have two people in a tech buggy, and only one has the driver training. Will the vehicle go faster if both members have the driver training, or does it only apply to the actual driver? I guess the same question goes for planetology as well. Any help?

Thanks - I couldn't find that out anywhere, and when I did finally get it (toughness), I didn't know how I got it!

What do I need to research or do to enable the "toughness" training for my squads? thanks
