Went in and manually set up TFTD in dos and its up. thanks

interesting enough i got my EU dos version to work but not the TFTD dos version. weird. ill probably play EU for now then when i get paid again get the TFTD from steam

Okay ive seached through every forum and cant seem to find a answer for me. I am using a laptop and have vista 64bit. I cant get any xcom game to work, specifically the first. Ive tried dosbox but says i need to install the game but I dont have the disk only the files. ive tried patches and all that for the CE and nothing works. IF anyone has any ideas that can help me please let me know. I am stuck
