Zombie, thank you very much for your help. I still can't get it to come up. Can you access the console in the HQ or just during missions?

I am playing SS again and have installed the game, patch and wirbelwind. I can't seem to open the console. "~" does not work. Can someone remind me how to do that please? Thank you!
