  1. take COMBATMOD it has got weapon balancing mod in it and gives you extra stuff (more maps and weapons) take GUI Mod - removes the name labels above soldiers and also take Advanced Assault 2 Modification OR Heroic Assault Modification OR ALIEN ASSAULT 2.0 if you want more enemies have fun..

  5. I cant figure out how to mind control enemies or at least panic them in a way they start shooting on one of their own. I saw it being done to me and i know there is a console command for it. By the way i tried with a 30lvl psionic with related circlets, vambraces and projectors - best result was freezing them in place for a while.
  6. I really wanted them to randomly pop out here and there, so it seems your answer is negative once again. Still, i appreciate the answer and about visibility, it seems \share\configs\constant.txt doesnt require restarting after all O yes one more question if you dont mind Okim, changing the unit sizes or heights (to make a flying unit) - possible or not?
  7. well, im in the cultist phase of game (before wargots) so im sure their visibility will increase later, still id like to know where i can modify it (and NOT with \share\configs\constant.txt - it requires restarting) and what about adding civilians to missions? anyhow, thanks for always answering people, especially you Okim

Id like to increase visibility for everyone in the game - i just noticed a lot of enemies come much too close to me, at least for my taste, before shooting) Also, is it possible to add civilians to missions (to show up randomly on maps or something similar)?   9. I changed the textures of wargots, green part of the armor to red and skin color to green (theyre reptilian like now). Do you want me to upload it somewhere if someone wants it couse it realy made the game better for me

  11. Firstly, thanks for answering. Still I just gotta ask is that it? Does that mean nobody is gonna even try to do it? Cant you just stick AL models on AS animations (like put martians on psionic skeleton or beastmen on wargot skeleton)? I know im nagging now but i had to ask.. thanks

  13. I totally agree with the less accuracy thing - ill mod it into my COMBATMOD too, it was like that in x-com as i remember). Anyway thanks for mention it. O yes i got a few ideas too to make COMBATMOD (wich has WEAPONREBALANCE mod in it) more interesting (if anyones interested): -increased speed of reticulans (from 15/20 to 44) - it looks realy cool to me you walking slow while they are speeding around you - this you gotta try out -changed starghosts to include pshielded reticulans and octopusses (kicked out defenders and stars) -included some special _TEMPLE\HIGHPRIEST units to participate in more missions -kicked out "units" like scuttlebugs, worms and wargotscouts Now if only i could add martians and beastmen from afterlight into it..
  14. Just finished Afterlight campaign and im going back to Aftershock. I Like the atmosphere in AS more but id like to see martians incorporated into, for example - starghosts (its just switching couple files somewhere, right?) Any tips?? -if its doable it would be fun to put some other things from AL into AS (or the other way around if someone prefers)..
