Uhhhrrr, it seems I'm the only one with a problem with the patch. I can't seem to install it. Everytime I execute the patch, I will get Error 999!? I've tried downloads from fileplanet and Strategy core at least twice each, all the downloads were always successful, but each time I execute the patch I get the same error. Anyone can help?

I just trained a lvl 3 scout and in the next 2 missions against Reticulans and Cultists, I was trying to 'activate' his abilities, but other than a health-bar over the tangoes, I could not see any other info. Can anyone tell me if an item is needed to use the scout's level 3 abilities that enables the scout to view enemies weapons, stats, etc.? Or do I have to do something special? Much appreciate any help.
