  1. Would you have a copy of those rules by chance in a PDF format?

You're not using d20 Modern, since you're creating several different base classes, and d20 Modern only allows for six base classes, period, and then allows for further focusing of class features through a wide variety of advanced and presteige classes. Creating a conversion for a game system is not an easy task. I know, because I've done it myself. The best thing to do is to take a pre-existing system, and only change what it is necessary. I was going to use those classes but realized that they just wouldn't work with this type of environment some of them that is and decided to base mine off what the original X-COM d20 Creator decided to do. You could offer assistance to help with the campaign if you wish since you have done something like this before.
  3. I am using the Modern system there is just very few skills in the D20 Modern SRD that I am using. I did not plan to drop the int bonus to skills. So I would like a tally of how many people are interested to post here below this so I have an idea.

  10. Yes, once I get enough players interested then we can do the characters etc. So you know we will be using the point buy system for attributes.

  12. Unfortunately I am not good with coding at all atleast not that far. I could do the majority of the math in any sense. I understand that people usually drop the project due to lack of interest but going to try.
  13. Well since I did not want to spam the other area I had this posted. I have been working on a d20 Campaign for sometime and was following the original one here till it died out and I would like to try and bring it back. I have the majority of the rules, alien stats, weapons etc done just need players to sign up as players. Mine is done alot differently until I can think of other ideas. Sniper (Rifle/Sniper Rifle) Proficieant with all Human Medium and light armor, and able to get any other Proficiency other than any Heavy, the Sniper gains good abilities that allow for attacks to the heart and head, doing more damage. Skills: 4+int per level, x4 at level 1 Class Skills: Disguise,Hide, Drive , Aircraft Operation,Knowledge,Concentration Scout/Pilot Proficient with all human light weapons and light armor, not able to be proficient in higher grade weapons or armor other than light. This class is the best at scouting enemy positions and reporting back to the team, since they lightly armored should only be sneaking and not confronting the enemy head on. This is also the pilot class. Skills: 6+int per level, x4 at level 1 Class: Hide, Move Silent, Tumble, Spot, Listen, Balance, Drive, Jump, Knowledge, Pilot,Repair,Climb, Computer Use,Concentration,Diplomacy Heavy Weapons (Autocannon, Heavy cannon, Missile launcher, etc.) Proficient with all Heavy Weapons and All Armors, the Heavy Weapons Unit is a valuable one (Even though he is unable to master any Weapon and has low skills). Skills: 2+int per level, x4 at level 1 Class Skills: Spot, Listen, Drive , Aircraft Operation, Knowledge,Concentration Grenadier (High explosives, thrown) Grenadiers are powerful and useful troops. They start with All Explosives and All armor feats. Their skills are nothing, and the only skill worth putting points into is Demolitions, as it is the only real Class skill. Skills: 2 per level (No int mod), x4 at level 1 Class Skills: Demoilitions, Concentration Medic (Medikit) Medics are extremely useful, as they are the only units with the ability to use the Medikit. They have mastery in Medikit and Human and Alien Light, but have no armor feats. Skills: 5+int per level, x4 at level 1 Class Skills: Heal, Spot, Listen,Drive, Aircraft Operation, Knowledge,Concentration Psionic (special class, unlocked later when Psi is found and developed) Once Psi is researched, the Psionic is introduced. He has only the ability to use all light weapons and Psi-Amp. Ideas, suggestions are welcome as I really want to see this through.
  14. Well I sort of used a mix, I do have modern. The only issue is making classes. I am mostly done with the rules, the timeline would first be the First Alien War and if the players succeeding in beating the Aliens which we hope, we would do the Second Alien War. It could be a long lasting campaign. Missions would be done in IRC to make things simple with a dice roller. Bases would be handled with funding from nations and for new based to be built they would need someone to become base commander and then do missions from them. If anyone is interested in helping me feel free to PM me or reply on here and I can post the work I have done so far.
  15. I have been working on a DnD Campaign for X-COM would the option of getting the d20 board replaced up and if so what would it require to get it going again?
