I might have tried that, although i think i had them inside the bunker at the time and not in the green box, i'll try that now, thanks

Ok, I'm on a mission to expand my territory, the only thing in the mission objectives is "Enter base". I have done so with my 3 remaining troops, in the green box, opened the door and put them inside, i've checked that i've killed every transgenant, and still i cannot finish. can anyone suggest what im doing wrong?
