why can i only post positive things about a crappy game on this forum? dont u think people will want different opinions on a game? or dont they have freedom of speach in the UK...i thought they did..

Ive only played the demo and read a lot of the forum complaints, but im pretty sure this game would have bombed if it hadnt been compared to X-com.

Hey PETE!! dont try to be smart, casue i would bet money ur not. Whats good about the game??? the combat system???? pfft, yea i sure do like having to give command every 1 1/2 seconds, and ive only played the demo, with 4 units. I could only imagine the game with 7... the graphics are a joke, compared to games like silent storm. The only thing good about hte game is it got me back into UFO. And i didnt say anything like "waahhh mind control is too hard for me!!?" I just said it was furstrating that it worked so often, and there shoulda been a counter-measure to it. Im sure the research and manufacutrein AM is almsot mindless (for kids like you). I think most of ue people are sucking up to the game cause yoru confusing it with a x-com, when its just a shit remake. rantrantrant wah wah wah, im goin to buy Silent Storm and wait for a real X-com. cya.

This games great, i only found out about Aftermath cause i was searching for more info on its release date ive played through each mission twice so far (did the allies mission with no nades the second time ) I just read some things that make me sad about Aftermath. No entering buildings? Kinda lame. No base customization (ie. arragning new facilities). No scientists? No engeneerrrrssssssssssssssssss. big : ( there. Sounds like its gonna be a dumbed down version of UFO defence, with pretty graphics (that dont look that pretty compared to Silent Storm). I hope im wrong and was reading some old information, but the way it is now, if i could only get 1 game in Sept. i would go with SS

There better not be freakin mind control, at least not mind control from every freakin alien who felt like doing it. Have bosses or something that can, like 1max in a mission. Nothing like gettin to an alien base just to lose half ur men to your own men. <3 ufo defence HATE MIND CONTROL : )
