Hello there, I've been playing this game for a few weeks now and enjoying it quite well. I've played XCOM, both new and old, so I was tickled to play this game and find it so good. But, I've just a small little pet peeve that I've been wondering about! I've seen some save game editors and before I dive into trying to figure those out, I was wondering if there was some secret cheat, a mini-mod, or the like that changes the base stats for your soldiers. I'm not looking for super soldiers, quite the opposite! I wanted everyone to start off at Poor, or Average, so I could have a bit more freedom to develop my soldiers.
