Even though the time to step into the shoes of the famed Emperor and drive Europe to its knees is not yet upon us, Paradox Interactive brings us some new media pertaining Napoleon's Campaigns II, a historical strategy game dedicated to replaying the entirety of the Napoleonic Wars (from 1805 to 1815).

Apart from the above first video developer diary, where Lead Designer Mr.Philippe Thibaut, sheds some light on the proceedings, a handful of fresh screenshots were also aired at the game's product page.

We'll continue to follow the aspirations of grandeur of this title until it is released, in the third Quarter of 2012.

I've yet to see a really good tactical Napoleonic game yet.  Hmm.  Maybe it's just not that good an idea integrally.
