Graphics Problem

It appears their official forums are down .

 

I have a problem where the graphics is not showing the whole game screen.

 

Now on the official site it says to go to options and change it to windowed mode then use default shortcuts to exit options.

 

I looked on the manual and in keymaps and I can't figure out what the default shortcuts are to save the windowed option and restart the game.

 

Could someone help me with this please

 

(I bought it this last week in the 5 dollar bin.....)
