I want to listen to other things in the background. I'm playing UFO:EU in DOSBox 0.72, so if there is a setting in the DOSBox configuration that disables music but preserves sound effects, that would work fine too. Thanks! NKF Posted January 11, 2009 Report Share Posted January 11, 2009 There are two ways you can remove the music. The first is to turn the music volume down. You do this by using the + and - keys on your numeric pad. To disable the music completely, run setup.exe and only set the FX sound card and set the music setting to no sound. Your Dosbox.conf file will have the soundcard settings. It'll be something along the lines of 220, IRQ 7, DMA 1 or thereabouts. - NKF Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
