Graphic problem with equipment AS

I have a problem with graphic with equipments.

I dont know what is wrong but when i play first time in AS all was good. After some years i instal the game and have problem

 

This is my probelm look at the armor, belt or beckpack ? I dont see what i have

my spec is

AMD 1,8 XP

Radeon 9800 pro 256/256 on new omega drivers.

1024 ram
