Can't use Beastman Weapons.

I have tons of Beastman weapons but cannot use them... I have interogated the Shaman and Chief and everything is still shown in Red.

 

Someone said you need just a normal soldier however I don't get them anymore... I only get the Captains, Shamans, Chiefs etc... no Soldiers..

 

 

Any help? Any cheats to get just this enabled???

just keep plugging away. I didn't get a beastman soldier to interrogate until well after I'd captured and interrogated a chief, Alchemist, Shaman and Matriarch

how on earth did you capture and interrogate a chief, Alchemist, Shaman and Matriarch

 

i tried almost everything i got the squad to completely surround the chief and he just kept on shooting don't have much time to act when he keeps shooting

Chief's are tought, have a least 2 guys lobbing grenades at it. It won't get knocked down but it should do a good ammount of damage without risking it's accidental death.

 

However, if you start to get stormed by other units, then fall back to a better position and get rid of it's bretheren and/or pets first.

And that is what you need to do.

 

To succesfully capture an alien you have to incapacitate it by one of the following means:

- Shoot until their health bar goes red.

- Stun it with a psionic attack or something else that stuns.

 

After you have brought your target down you need to have a person near it when it awakens (a medkit really does wonders here. So do remember to pack one before the mission).

 

To avoid the captive from turning on it's captors(your troops) keep at least one person near it at all times while escorting it back to the UFO.
