I can't build a second lab as I don't have the required energy? Any ideas on how I can build another energy solar panel or something?? Sorbicol Posted February 26, 2007 Report Share Posted February 26, 2007 Once you have these researched you need to go to the base screen, click on the power plant and then click upgrade. Make sure you have a technician trained in civil engineering in the civil engineering bay as well Worth pointing out for the research that you need to have scientists trained in the appropriate techniques to speed up research time - especially later in the game, so make sure you get them trained! earth technology and planetology are goo places to start.
