Yes.

Originally an X-Com based nation, Central Facehuggeria has since branched out into all realms of future techy goodness. Though X-Com as an organization still exists to deal with particularly resiliant alien scum.

This is sooo cool! I think I'm going to create a government based loosely on Venezuelas president, Hugo Chávez. Slowly I tighten the leash until socialism is the rule of the land. Obviously, democracy failed miserably because of corruption, but is socialism really a better choice? We will soon find out.  :(

Edit: I'm going to move this to the firing range just in case... :(

Good. Frightening in this game is a colloquialism for 'Frighteningly powerful.'
