Is this a bug?

Evening people.

 

I have just conducted a mission against the Beastmen who attacked my Cydonia settlement.I decided to attack them at night for a tactical reason and killed off 2 inside their base.I then scouted inside the whole base and around the perimeter for more BM,nothing.I did this for about 30 mins with no idea on what to do next.

Is it possible a BM was cowering in some remote corner of the map?,or did I have to activate some sort of teleporter? (which I didnt see).

Naturally I aborted the mission and have decided to do a daylight assault instead.

No,its not a bug,I have managed to finish the mission.Little did I realise I had to blow the door off this cage like structure that contained a ball that tried to flatten my squad! haha

Ah yes the eternal bug hunt syndrome....You gotta hunt down every single enemy on the map on those seek and destroy missions....Isn't that just nice....NOT!

I know what you mean,having to track down EVERY single alien can get a bit tedious at times,but im not gonna complain about it,im still enjoying the game.

Thing is though at the time,I didnt realise you could blow the door off those cage structures,a case of trial and error

Just between you and me Gringo,I just had a diplomatic chat for the first time with that asthmatic leader of the Cultists,poor bugger,I cant believe he is still around!
