infael Posted October 25, 2005 Report Share Posted October 25, 2005 My ordinance factory cannot produce anything. I would think I'd be able to produce power cells since I already have laser weapons. I can launch a mission in mutie territory and get a base. Wouldn't this disrupt mutie relations? Is getting a 2nd base worth the disruption? ricardo440 Posted October 25, 2005 Report Share Posted October 25, 2005 Mutants are fair game, it is only Cyborg, Human and Psionics that you need to worry about. Ordinance factories only produce bullets and explosives. To produce laser batteries you will need an energy weapon factory.
