Er, 21 titles listed, 8 or 9 are Japanese? At least, as far as the developer's nationality goes, I'm not sure how you count something like Hotline Miami where you have a soundtrack made up of a handful of artists of various nationalities? The list isn't denying European games have good music, this is about the best music. More to the point, the best music in the opinion of an American-owned website.

Some of them I've not heard. Hotline Miami is a fine choice. I wouldn't play Diablo 3 if you put a gun to my head. Ditto Final Fantasy XIII-2. Journey's was nice and complemented the game perfectly, but it wasn't great. Max Payne 3's was ace. Anarchy Reigns isn't even out except in Japan. Dragon's Dogma has an epic title screen track but the rest is just good. Etc.

Edit: I think this is how it breaks down.

Diablo III - Yank

Gravity Daze Original Soundtrack (Gravity Rush) - Japanese

The Last Story Original Soundtrack – Japanese

Journey Original Soundtrack – Yank

Skullgirls Original Soundtrack – Yank

Ys: Foliage Ocean in Celceta Original Soundtrack - Japanese

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 Original Sound Track - Japanese

Max Payne 3 The Official Soundtrack - Yank

Fez Original Soundtrack - Yank

The Secret World Original Soundtrack - European

Darksiders II Original Soundtrack - Yank

Hotline Miami - Various

Final Fantasy XIII-2 - Japanese

Double Dragon Neon - Yank

Dust: An Elysian Tail Original Soundtrack – Yank (I think)

Endless Space Original Soundtrack – European

Mass Effect 3 Original Soundtrack - Canadian

Hitman: Absolution – European

Max Anarchy Original Soundtrack (Anarchy Reigns) - Japanese

Hikari Shinwa: Palutena no Kagami Soundtrack (Kid Icarus: Uprising) - Japanese

Dragon's Dogma Original Soundtrack - Japanese

So technically speaking it's dominated by Americans, especially if you count Canada and change the definition to North American.
