These contain some very stylish creatures preparing for battle, and what looks like the first town view screenshots. You can find them here. Thorondor Posted May 17, 2005 Report Share Posted May 17, 2005 HOMM never looked finer However, it pays to take heed that most of the released screenshots showcase a sort of 3rd person-view perspective, which doesn't match the more traditional god's-eye view of the strategic map typical of the series... Also, the city screens on display tend to look the poorest overall, which might raise more than a few fans' eyebrows. Part of some cinematic or just an awkward backdrop arrangement (the fancy clouds downplaying the rest) ? Regarding the view, I am puzzled about that too. Guess you can zoom far out or something, and that they just haven't shown that in screens yet.
