Narog Posted October 9, 2003 Report Share Posted October 9, 2003 When you rebuild for example an Engineering base to a Research base the effect is immediate: the research time decreses as soon as the rebuilding starts. So what's the point of those 24 hours it takes for the base to be rebuilt?
