Dos Version TFTD and WinXP

AMD Ath XP 2100+
on Windows XP
any way to slow the Scrolls down... I cant even view the map as it goes by faster than my refresh rate

I have spent a lot of time on this. I ahe a 1800+ and XP. with the dos version their is little hope. even if you can get some slowdown it is either not enough or is way to chopy. I have tried about 10 diferent slow down utils. and only 2 slowed down the system. XP does not alow programs access to hardware. so only software slow downs work. and they cant get a smoth slow down with sutch fast systems.

your best bet is xcom CE. the geoscape is a little fast to my taste but the tactical is ok.
