Ok, so I'm currently replaying Afterlight and I'm pretty advanced in the game. Have almost all the tech, of more important stuff I need a plasma and better medicine. However I need to capture Martian and Beastmen hierarchy, however does missions do not pop-up. I had capture Reticulan missions so I have interrogation building and non-lethal combat. Martians still have their HQ and few regions, I'm even leaving them some blank ones to capture. I've researched all their culture related stuff, and got the information that we need a live one to know how to speak Martian. And yes I've done all the autopsies.

Oh the irony, as soon as I've wrote this I got a mission to capture Martian, however I'm not sure if it has to do anything with doing both moon missions.
