Is there anyway to re-arrange building order in "People screen"?

Likes group all Hospital ward together, all Lab together, all Workshop together.

Or move all Hospital ward to bottom screen.

Any mod can do this?

That doesn't sound like it would be very easy, if possible, to code. Even if it were coded, it'd make it nearly impossible to reorganize everything due to lack of space.

 

There isn't even a queue for the hospital ward, why'd you bring that up?

You can re-organize the layout on the base screen and the layout on the people screen organizes on that based on columns on the base screen. Put the hospitals one above the other on the base and they'll be consecutive on the people screen. You can do it by destroying buildings and rebuilding them but there is also an entry somewhere that can be modded that holds the initial base layout. Never tried modding it so I'm not sure how easy that is.
