Anyway, in an episode of Johnny bravo, everybody had to think only nice thoughts, otherwise little Timmy would do bad stuff to them. In Johnny's case he ended up in the corn field. Remember the episode where Picard "inherits" a son? (They went rock-climbing on the holodeck together). I think the guy Picard jumped was the kids "father" of sorts. The kid's "father" was actually never ever found. A Ferengi actually changed the DNA of an "orphaned" boy so it only seemed to be Picard's son. (A rather complicated act of revenge... As he planned to kill the boy and make Picard feel like he lost family.) In the end, the boy just went on his way, the only confrontation in that episode was with Ferengi. Unfortunately, I still don't know what episode that .gif comes from. However, I know enough about Trek to know what episodes it isn't from. Phasers aren't doing much so it's off to the holodeck with the saefty protocols off to shoot them with some holographic bullets (holograms on the holodeck at least - as well as the Doctor from Voyager too I guess - being pretty solid in Star Trek).
