Seems awfully similar to things happening to me and others.
But i could be wrong, and it is from mars 2005 so not all that current.
But as the recommended NVIDIA driver don't even support any of the 6xxx cards, and the game was made back in 2003 it dose not seem to be a too far fetched idea that it is the same problem, roughly at least.

Oh i know it is not the same game mentioned, but still, it seems probable.

And considering it is an old post i refer to, are there any setting or settings that could help nowadays?

nvida control panel, advanced settings: (globally or per program)
----------------------------------
anisotropic filtering : application-controlled/off/2x/4x/8x/16x

Antialiasing - setting: application-controlled/4x/2x/none

conformant texture clamp use hardware/off/use open gl specification

extension limit on/off

force mipmaps none/bilinear/trilinear

maximum pre-rendered frames : 0-8

Multi display/mixed-GPU acceleration :single/multiple/compatibility performance mode

Texture filtering - Anisotropic mip filter optimization: on/off

Texture filtering - Anisotropic sample optimization: on/off

Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias: allow/clamp

Texture filtering - quality: high performance to quality

Texture filtering - trilinear optimization: on/off

Tripple buffering : on/off

vertical sync : use 3d application setting/force/off

Or do some one (who knows how) need to edit the textures and supply a mod to fix this? sad.gif

Please can you refrain from posting multiple topics on the same subject with near-identical content in some of the posts.

Annnd, no further help offered. sad.gif

Oh well, if it really is the textures that to has to be "unpacked" and "re-packed" then i suppose no matter what i do it wont get any better. tongue.gif
And doubtful some one making the effort to make a addon mod for such an old game. >_<
sigh.
