  Good question. I guess they haven't heard from the UK publisher yet, or it will be released later there. Hope it isn't so though!

But i am wondering why does www.play.com has a 13-01-2006 release date?

  Publisher CDV recently released their official Hammer & Sickle site. It's got everything from news to screenshots, and in addition it lists 01.11.05 as the official release date! You can find all the goodies at the site.
