You might want to check that Apoc FAQ by Roger Wong (I think). It does have some stuff there... Interestingly, it states that most of the companies don't actually do anything for you (except for selling you stuff), so from this, a lot of companies like Gravball League or Sanctuary Clinic can "safely" become hostiles.
But check the FAQ, I could be wrong. -------------------- |

yep, thats it. but some co.'s if they become hostile, you'll miss out on stuff like mutant alliance lets you hire hybrids, SELF lets you hire androids etc. and not much else. rodger also states that having allied orgs will not affect the market.

For purchaseable goods, just look at the manufacturer names for each item in the buy/sell screen.
For transportation of staff and equipment, be nice to Transtellar. Being in good standings with SELF and the Mutant Alliance lets you hire androids and mutants. The govt. pays you, as usual. Off the top of my head, Sensovision, Lifetree, The Technocrats and Extropians, Evonet, Nutrivend, the Gravball league, Psyke and Osiron and a couple others do not provide any direct benefits to you. They may be allied to some of your allies though, so if you help them, your allies may think better of you, or the other way around. - NKF -------------------- Current Avatar Source: A custom GM-Striker. Diablo provide you with Incidiary Grenades; I use this to cause damage to CoS buildings durings raids.
Also, having someone allied with you means that they go hostile to anyone that attacks you. Get Marsec on your side, and the CoS have to go without Ammo for the guns early on -------------------- I suffer from Arachibutyrophobia, fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of the mouth.

Actually, the enemy organisations don't need to worry about equipment as you do. Equipment is automatically generated every time you attack one of their facilities. Hence why you can go on constalty raiding them even though their cash balance is negative. It might influence their raids on your bases though, so there's that possibility. Still, I'd rather have Megapol and Marsec over with me rather than the Sirius madmen
Oh and Megapol starts attacking some of your 'enemy' organisations too. Saw the police hover cruisers attacking the Transtellar star liners once. Good thing I already had all the staff I needed to win the game and was already producing interdimensional aircraft -- but You really have to take pity all the tax paying civilians who were on board the liner though. - NKF -------------------- Current Avatar Source: A custom GM-Striker.
