Whats the highest MC skill anybody has ever got? This is considering that you don't use editors or cheats or hacks. I.e. using the MC lab and using MC attacks to raise your MC skill.
I have got 5 MC soldiers and all of them will not go much higher than 100. |

IIRC it was a bit between 105 and 110.... but it was a LOOONG time ago

well, at least it can improve unlimitedly(is that a word?). psi in apoc can only triple.
