Most interesting. I think a facimilie of that needs to go on the Wiki, with references and due credit, of course! The one interesting thing there is the description on how points are earned, and the fact that wounds contribute towards experience.

Apart from that it looks like the medals are just there for counting your accumulated victory points up to 1500, but unfortunately not beyond. Neat to know nonetheless!
