Capture any live Etheral and research that. Psi will then be up for research. Getting a medic to give you an Etheral report doesn't count.
In TFTD, you need both a Tasoth and a Calcinite. -------------------- |

Only sectoid leaders and commanders count. For Ethreals, they all count grunts and top brass alike.
In TFTD, you actually need a Deep One Terrorist or a Calcinite Terrorist to get the Lab. If you want to get any further than that, you must have the reader in storage before finishing research on the lab.
