Well... there's a few sites out there worth a mention, and I shall have to update the links page later today to include one of them as well...

Firstly there's Nodland, by Nod, one of the main modellers from the Last Hope Mod team. There's some really cool work up there both X-COM and non-X-COM.

Then (if you haven't been there in a while - or ever - then you must be daft) there's Drippie's X-COM site, which has loads of cool info on unit types from the games, research trees and more!

Now I know there's probably more sites out there that are worth a mention that I've missed, so feel free to let me know of any others that perhaps aren't on the links page but are definitely worth a mention! grin.gif

Woo! Thanks for the Linkage Pete. I've been doing a ton of updates lately so hopefully you'll all be pleased.

We can only hope that we can come to some accomidation with these apparently hostile forces, and the general population will come to terms with the alien visitors.

Well I'm quite impressed with myself as I seem to have unknowingly monopolized the forums today without spamming once! As a reward I'm now off to take a look at these sites! Cheers for the links Pete!
See you all later grin.gif

FYI, my X-Com Site (XC@Llamalicious) is currently down as my host blew it's hard drive. I dunno when it will be back up (a few days hopefully), but it WILL be back at some point.

Well, it's actually back up now.

I've been playing some Icewind Dale II lately, as it's one of the few new games that have come out that still run on my aging P2 333. However, I'm still chucking in some X-Com from time to time. I'm working my way through the whole series. Right now I'm at Cydonia in X-Com. I didn't remember it killing me as viciously as it does now, though. I move my troops out of the Avenger and one turn in 2 or 3 are mind controlled and 4 or 5 are dead.

Need... more.... psi... training...
