I go to X-Com stories and try to update my Death Hotel fic, and i see a message that you don't have permission to edit this topic or post in it.

As I have an aversion to being shot, I have moved your story into this forum so you can update it.
The idea behind the fanfic forum it had been moved to is that an author can post his story in installments without having them divided up by commnts on the story. Unfortunatly, we haven't got round to making sure that the author can actually post there

DC is the only one for quite a while. Possibly Alain, too, I think. Though it seems writers only have permission to edit their posts and add to topics they have created in the 'stories' section, but not create new ones.
