I haven't bothered to check this game out closely, but when I saw the news post at Blue's, I mistook it for Xenocide at first. See the news post here.

Yeah, very similar name
 they talk about an argentinian developer, I wonder who he is (Xenocide Project Leader is argentinian as well).
