This week-end i had a big massacre battle with 26 soldiers against some PSI-Aliens (10), i lost 18 soldiers and after i dont remember how many panic-rounds, i finally killed those bastards! How many months PSI-Training should i have done to be a bit stronger in PSI resistence? 'cause they really f**ked me off!

psi defence dont increase at all the only thing that does is the skill level the best thing to do is that any1 with a psi strength below 70 sack em coz they will just be a threat to the others with high psi strength.............the other way to do it is transfrer them to another base where they can just act as base defence but not a assult team in any way

Or as NKF suggested, transfer the skilled ones with psi-strength < 60-70 to a "non-psychic" strike force base. Only launch their Skyranger against Mutons and other non-psychic aliens. Having the hyperwave decoder would be essential for this.
